James Peacock started his media career in print journalism in the early 2000s, before moving into TV and radio production.

Since 2020, he’s helped to scale start-up media businesses in the independent sector, building highly talented creative and production teams.

He has also worked extensively in communications and public affairs roles within elite sport.

Currently a non-executive director at the Rugby Players Association, James works closely with high-profile broadcasters, executives, and public figures from the worlds of business and sport, including Sir Gareth Southgate.

Co-Founder:

Sam Roberts

With a background in audio engineering, Sam built his career in podcasting and embraced the industry’s rapid shift towards video. He has helped create some of the UK’s biggest vodcasts and leads maxmedia’s technical and creative production.

Sam combined a passion for sound, music and technology with a growing fascination for storytelling and content creation. Podcasting has taken him from London to Hawaii and everywhere in between, producing shows in studios, stadiums, hotels, workshops and some of the most hard-to-reach locations imaginable.

At maxmedia, he combines technical excellence with creative storytelling to help brands, organisations and talent create content that connects with audiences.

Partner:

Piers Roberts

Piers Roberts was an environmental scientist before becoming an entrepreneur.

Twenty years ago he taught himself to be a carpenter - as you do - and applied a scientific, analytical approach to his craft.

Over the past couple of years, he has designed, adapted, and built The Pod, which now stands proudly alongside his other bespoke creations.

Timeless Composites’ work can be found at prestigious venues and events, including the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth, Donington Park, Blenheim Palace, and Royal Ascot.

The Pod carries the company’s trademark look and feel, and it is more than a studio - it's a testament to craftsmanship meeting innovation.

Discover how The Pod and our other spaces can transform your next event.
